Allows a character to steal an object out of another character's inventory.

Minimum level is 17, but Baldric Silverknife resides at Silversky so you cannot learn it until you can access Raven Dust (level 25+). Evil-aligned characters can learn at 25; good-aligned must wait until level 28.
